Program Management


NYX has dedicated program managers that service customer programs enhancing our customer responsiveness and value proposition. Our transition towards a team oriented Synchronous model for Program management (from a Sequential model) has allowed us to pool in our ED&D, program management, process, supply chain and manufacturing resources in early phases of the program.

NYX's APQP program management capabilities have allowed us to:
Enhance customer responsiveness
Build transparency on all aspects of the program with our customers, our supply chain partners and all program-related value streams within NYX
Ensure successful program launch
Ensure that all key customer deliverables are met

NYX has also installed web-based systems such as Campfire that warehouse program related information and documents which cross-functional program management teams could access. This system has allowed us to build transparency of information and documents across all NYX value streams.
